We have high expectations for our physical therapists who all participate in a rigorous 3-month Mentorship Program to learn the FAST Approach TM when they join our team.

All Fix It PT physical therapists are trained in and utilize the FAST Approach TM. So, we can guarantee that if you see any of our therapists you will receive Real, Effective systematic care with a FAST outcome to improve any movement dysfunction and related pain. The rigorous 3-month Mentorship Program consists of:

  • 1 on 1 training with a Mentor PT

  • Thoughtful monitoring and guidance

  • Understanding the science behind the FAST Approach TM

  • Hands on practice of the FAST Approach TM with a Mentor PT

  • Direct supervision as the FAST Approach TM is mastered
